Supper Club??????????
Volunteers purchase, prepare and serve dinner for residents at one of our four facilities. Supper Club members provide a much-needed meal and socialization for residents.

Lunch Buddies????
Volunteers serve lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm in the dining room of Hillcrest House.

Recreation Volunteers
Volunteers assist residents with fun activities, including Bingo Night, Movie Night, Community Book Club and more. We are looking for creative, friendly and energetic people

Tutors
Volunteers provide one-on-one or group assistance in reading, writing, math and study habits.
?
Resident Haircuts
Volunteers provide haircuts for residents at one of our four apartment communities.
?
Grooming Supply Drive
Volunteers coordinate supply drives at their work, church or school for essential grooming supplies. The need for these items is constant and year round.

Special Events
Throughout the year we host special events geared at both fund-raising and resident entertainment. Events include the Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS, No Tie Dinner & Dessert Party, Founders? Day and Cinco de Mayo. Volunteers are needed in all aspects of special-events planning, set-up, clean-up and hosting.

Holiday Events
Volunteers wrap and deliver presents to ASD residents during the holidays. We also host Halloween, Easter and Christmas parties for our residents. Help us distribute Thanksgiving Turkey Baskets to families, or assist with our Gift Drive for the holidays!

Property Projects
Volunteers assist maintenance staff in painting apartments prior to a resident moving in.? Volunteers also help with outdoor landscape projects to make ASD apartment common areas more beautiful for residents? enjoyment.
